November is National Adoption Awareness month. This month is dedicated to encouraging others to learn about adoption and to celebrate the many families who have been touched by this process. Sampson County Department of Social Services can help you learn more about the children who are awaiting safe and loving homes. DSS does offer licensing classes for prospective foster parents. Sampson County DSS is actively recruiting individuals and families who would like to foster a child. The next class will be Spring of 2024.
