2002, Sampson County Parks
and Recreation Department has been providing county wide comprehensive
recreational programming for the citizens of Sampson County. The department reaches over 3,000 youths
and adults within our community each year. With increasing costs, soaring
populations, and growing demands for facilities and activities, the need
for community support to help underwrite these park activities, special
events, and special projects is stronger than ever. Sponsors help the community benefit from
recreational services by decreasing operation costs, increasing services,
