SALARY GRADE: 68

BEGINNING SALARY: $35,616/Year with complete benefits package

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The primary purpose of this position is to perform strategic work planning, organizing, scheduling, directing and implementing a variety of recreation programs, activities, special events, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Recreation Manager. This position hires, trains, supervises and schedules part-time staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with coursework in recreation, sports management, or related field and moderate experience in organized recreation programs is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
