To report a problem, call (910) 592-0188 during regular business hours Monday through Thursday. 

Weekends, Holidays, and after business hours
During holidays, weekends, and after normal business hours, call (910) 385-9040.  When reporting a problem, please provide the street address and/or the road name and nearest intersection.  Please note that concerns about a bill amount, any penalty, or when the cut off date is scheduled are not considered an emergency.  Please call the office during normal business hours for these concerns.
