Registration

To participate in our youth sports programs, the registration process must be completed before the registration deadline. The registration process includes:

         1. Complete and sign the Registration Form and Parent Code of Conduct Form 
         2. Pay the registration fee (Please make checks payable to SCPR)
         3. Provide a copy of each participant's birth certificate, unless participant already has one on file (please verify with SCPR personnel)
    

To register for one of our sports programs, complete the Registration Form and submit it to the Parks & Recreation Main Office. If you would like to mail the Registration Form, please mail it to 405 County Complex Rd., Building B, Clinton, NC 28328. Mailings must be post-marked prior to the registration deadline.

Registration Fees
Youth Sports programs participation fees are $30 per child, per sport.  Families with multiple children playing the same sport qualify for a family discount as follows:

               - 1st child-  $30
               - 2nd child- $20
               - 3rd child-  $10 
               - 4th and consecutive children- FREE

Example: A family with 4 children playing the same sport would pay a total of $60 ($30+$20+$10+0)

Multiple child fee reductions apply only for registrations for the same sport, during the same season for children residing in the same household. Children must be registered at the same time to receive discounts. Special consideration fee reductions or waivers are available on a case-by-case basis for qualified families. Contact the SCPR office for details and an application.
